By logging into our website you acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service which are all the same and binding on all of our users that use our service.
Grants of License
Our services are not for use for individuals under the age of 18 years old, individuals under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction and individuals accessing our services from jurisdictions where it is legal to do so.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
RustIgnite has the right to ask any user of their service for KYC documentation and has the right to restrict usage of our services until the identity has been determined and deemed to use our services again.
Breach
If a user breaches in whole, RustIgnite reserves the right to terminate this agreement and any other agreements with the user and/or taking legal action against the user.
Missing Items
If you the user have missing winnings or deposits, please contact support as soon as possible with sufficient detail so we are able to help you.
Rules for Chat
By chatting on RustIgnite, you agree to the following rules:
- Any use of racism will result in a chat permanent ban
- Respect all staff members as they are there to help users
- Spamming will result in:
- First time - A warning
- Second time - Hour mute
- Third time - Day Mute
- Fourth time - Permanent mute
